Experienced Lawn Care Applicator
About The Position
Transform ordinary yards into healthy, vibrant, envy-of-the-neighborhood lawns. Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and other turf treatments with precision and care. Diagnose lawn issues (weeds, pests, diseases — you know the drill) and recommend solutions. Operate all the cool lawn care equipment — safely and efficiently. Educate customers on proper lawn care and build long-term relationships. Keep detailed service records (because the little things matter too). Requirements
- 1-2 years of hands-on lawn care or landscaping experience — transferable skills are welcome.
- Pesticide applicator license (or ability to obtain — we'll help if needed!).
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and great customer service skills.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
