Lawn Care and Snow Removal Specialist
About The Position
River Valley Lawnscape is hiring a dependable Lawn Care and Snow Removal Specialist to join our growing team. This is a full-time, seasonal position with strong potential to transition into a full-time, year-round role for the right candidate. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying physically active, and completing hands-on work independently. We are looking for individuals who show up ready to work, take pride in maintaining properties, and can operate equipment safely and efficiently without constant supervision. As a Lawn Care and Snow Removal Specialist, you will support residential and commercial property maintenance by performing mowing, trimming, seasonal cleanup, and snow removal. This position plays a key role in maintaining the professional appearance and condition of customer properties. You will operate riding lawnmowers, power equipment, and tools while working outdoors in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is a seasonal role with consistent hours during the growing season and snow removal opportunities during the winter months.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance

Nice To Haves
- Lawn care, landscaping, property maintenance, or snow removal experience
- Experience operating riding lawnmowers or power equipment
- Snow plowing or snow removal equipment experience
Responsibilities
- Mow lawns using commercial riding lawnmowers
- Trim grass along sidewalks, buildings, fences, and landscaping
- Trim shrubs, hedges, and landscape features
- Perform fall cleanups including leaf removal, debris cleanup, and property preparation
- Assist with snow removal, plowing, and winter property maintenance
- Operate lawn care equipment and power tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain clean, organized equipment and work areas
- Complete general property maintenance tasks as assigned
- Work independently while maintaining productivity and quality standards
