About The Position

The Lawn Care and Groundskeeper supports the mission and ministry of the church by maintaining the church grounds in a safe, attractive, and welcoming condition. This position ensures that outdoor areas reflect excellence and care, creating a positive environment for members, guests, and the community.

This role plays an important part in maintaining a welcoming and well-cared-for campus that supports the ministry and outreach of the church.

Responsibilities

• Perform lawn mowing and edging
• Operate riding mowers and push mowers
• Perform general grounds maintenance (weed control, trimming, debris removal, seasonal clean-up, etc.)
• Maintain equipment in a clean and working condition
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures
• Complete other duties as assigned by the Facility Coordinator & Facility Deacon
