About The Position

Founded over 20 years ago, we are a corporate law firm, employing over 50 attorneys and representing both domestic and international clients in sophisticated corporate and securities transactions, insurance defense and coverage, secured and unsecured lending transactions, PIPEs, general corporate matters, litigation, tax and intellectual property matters.

Requirements

• Portable Book of Business (BoB) - at least $500k
• NY Bar

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a caseload of various litigation matters
• Strategize and oversee all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, mediations, and trial
• Supervise junior attorneys, paralegals, and support staff
• Participate in firm leadership and business development initiatives
• Contribute to the strategic direction of the firm’s litigation practice
