About The Position

The Laundry worker is responsible for washing and drying linen and residents' clothes. This role involves ensuring all clean linen is promptly returned to the linen storage area and that residents' clothes are correctly identified and returned to their owners. The worker must also report any losses or damages to residents' laundry and maintain an inventory of linens and laundry supplies.

Requirements

• Understanding of standard procedures used in laundry services for patients and in caring for clothes, linens, equipment and supplies
• Has an interest in learning
• Ability to cooperate
• Willing to work under supervision
• Ability to work well with co workers

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience preferable

Responsibilities
