About The Position

What you'll do (mostly this...other duties may be assigned): Sorts, washes and folds all linens and towels for the hotel Checks daily inventory of laundry supplies and alert Supervisor when low. Mains shelf organization in the storerooms Replenishes storeroom supplies. Cleans laundry area as well as the break area according to Brand Standards. Reports maintenance problems or completing work repair orders.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years hotel housekeeping experience desired
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to work weekends
• Must have a flexible schedule
• Must have ability to work quick and efficiently
• Must work well as a team with other employees
• Professionalism
• Ability to delight by anticipating guest needs and responding in a friendly, helpful manner
• Ability to display a consistently caring and respectful attitude
• Act as a gracious host to guests, vendors and candidates for employment
