About The Position
Emerge Nursing and Rehabilitation located in Glen Cove, NY is looking for a Full-time Laundry Aide. Shift available: M-F, 7-3 The Laundry & Linen Aide is responsible to collect, process, launder and deliver linens to resident rooms.
Requirements
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Commercial Laundry experience
Nice To Haves
- SNF or ALF experience preferred, not required
Responsibilities
- Wash, dry, pack and label all linens/resident clothing
- Fold clean linens/resident clothing after washing and drying.
- Keep on record of all linen/resident clothing on a daily basis
- Clean the washing machine and dryers on a daily basis
