Requirements

• One or more years of housekeeping/laundry aide experience (preferred)
• Must be 18 years of age or older (required)
• Ability to work well with others and demonstrate courtesy with Residents, team members, and visitors
• Applicants for this position must be able to produce a negative drug test

Responsibilities

• Sort, count, fold, and transport linens; processes soiled items promptly.
• Ensure daily linen supply meets facility needs across all units.
• Collect soiled linen and deliver clean linen on a timely schedule.
• Wash residents' clothing and all dining room linens using commercial machines.
• Maintain a clean, orderly laundry area and report equipment issues promptly.
• Safeguard residents' clothing and conduct regular linen inventory.
