About The Position

The Launch Rotational Program is a full-time position offered to recent college graduates who have had multiple internships in varied facets of the fashion/retail industry. The program allows the opportunity to work in 3 different departments of the company before being placed in their optimal position. These departments may include Sales, International Sales, Planning, Merchandising, Sourcing, Design, Design Operations, Graphic Design, Graphic Design Operations, or Technical Design. During the program you will: Work with mentors that will provide feedback to ensure growth during each rotation Build a deep practical knowledge of each assigned department within Haddad Brands Participate in monthly meetings where Launch Associates will have direct exposure with top executives Have monthly career coaching conversations with HR to help identify the ideal career path for the ultimate placement

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion Merchandising or related field
• GPA of 3.5 or above
• Prior internships and/or related experience in multiple facets of the industry required
• Excellent organization and communication skills with attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Consistent in-office presence is vital to the role as it is for all Haddad Brands team members, so that we all have a full appreciation, aesthetically and tactilely, of the qualities that define our brand partners’ products and set them apart from their competitors.
