About The Position

Develop detailed launch plan and drive completion for all detailed milestones to ensure a successful launch. Manage all items on the New Product Launch Manufacturing Readiness Report, ensuring timely completion to all items, notifying the appropriate management staff when items are at risk to a successful plant launch. Aid in resolution of open product issues. Resolution of open process launch issues, tracking each issue to closure. Complete component design reviews with the Launch SDT to ensure all quality and manufacturing goals are met. Ensure that appropriate process controls (poke-yoke) for all SC & CC dimensions have been identified in the Control Plan and FMEA and have been implemented within the Assembly/Manufacturing process. Ensure timely resolution to all Launch PRR’s and customer concerns. Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conformities relating to product, process and quality system & follow through to drive implementation of solutions. Identify and record any problems relating to the product, process and quality system, tracking each to closure. Control further processing, delivery or installation of non-conforming product until the deficiency or unsatisfactory condition has been corrected. Develop training plans and tracking methods to ensure that all employees have been sufficiently trained relative to any and all new products and process assignments. Maintain Customer’s Trust for Customer Satisfaction.
