Lauder Institute of Management & International Studies was founded by brothers Leonard and Ronald Lauder in 1983 in honor of their father, Joseph H. Lauder. The Lauder Institute provides a fully integrated business education for a new generation of leaders. Reporting to the Director of Student Services at the Lauder Institute, the Lauder Global Career Advisor is a dedicated career resource for approximately 150 Lauder MA/MBA students and a key connector to the global Lauder alumni community. The Advisor’s primary responsibility is to provide high-touch career advising, planning, and recruiting support with a strong focus on international and globally oriented careers. The role partners closely with Wharton MBA Career Management to align advising, programming, and employer outreach, ensuring that Lauder students fully leverage Wharton resources while receiving specialized guidance tailored to their dual-degree, language, and regional focus.
