About The Position

Why Wendy's Be a part of the best team in the quick service industry. Late Night crew receives premium wages. Late Night starts after 9pm Monday thru Sunday. Work in a team environment. Greet each guest with a smile and a warm welcome. Be able to multi task. Prepare each customers order with quality, quick service, and in a clean environment. What you can expect $100 sign on bonus for crew. Average at least 30 hours a week. Payable after 90 days. Crew referral program - any existing crew person get $50 if they refer someone that refers another crew person who averages 20 hours/week and stays for 90 days. After 5 years of service, crew receive an extra week's pay on their anniversary date. Medical insurance available after 90 days. Flexible hours. Free employee meals up to $5 per shift. 401K with company match after 1 year of service.
