Report to Dept Manager.

Requirements

• Obtain a score of 100% on general shop assessment within 1 week of job placement.

Responsibilities

• Select and set up lenses based on material type and thickness, load programs, set machine parameters and proper fixtures to ensure optimal performance of the equipment.
• Establish proper stop location, adjust laser beam focal point.
• Execute proper start-up and shut-down of machine.
• Run laser to planned arrangements .
• Evaluate, correct, and take actions necessary to prevent external quality (size & defects) issues.
• Always Work responsibly and safely
• Perform additional activities of execution as required
• Participate in the plan to organize, control and maintain the work environment
