About The Position
Anchor Fabrication, LLC, a precision metal fabrication company located in Smithville, Tennessee is seeking experienced Laser Operator for 2nd Shift. Qualified candidates will be self-motivated and work with limited supervision setting up and operating Laser machines and all duties and responsibilities associated with this position.
Requirements
- Experience in the metal fabrication industries is a plus.
- Laser Operation experience preferred
- Mechanically adept.
- Blueprint reading
- Good math skills
- G/D & T Knowledge
- High School Diploma or GED
- Math

Responsibilities
- Set up and operate all Laser operations to produce quality parts.
- Conducts preventative as scheduled
- Read blueprints and conduct first/last piece inspection.
- Troubleshoot and repair minor issues as needed. Work with Maintenance on major issues.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- May be required to work overtime or different shift than originally assigned based on company needs.
- Other duties as assigned.
