About The Position

Looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced, team-first environment? Williams is hiring a Fabricator at our Plumbing Prefabrication Shop in Belgrade, MT. You'll help assemble and prepare piping systems that power our plumbing and construction projects - all while gaining valuable experience and working with a great crew. Previous manufacturing or shop floor experience is a plus but not required. If you’re motivated, detail-oriented, and ready to learn, we’ll train you! What You’ll Do: Fabrication & Assembly: Read and interpret fabrication spools and technical drawings to cut, shape, and assemble piping materials using hand and power tools. Joining Techniques: Join piping components using soldering, brazing, welding, and fusion methods to ensure strong, reliable connections. Quality & Equipment: Inspect finished work for accuracy, operate forklifts, load/unload materials, and perform basic equipment maintenance. Safety & Organization: Follow all safety protocols, maintain a clean work area, and support an efficient, team-oriented shop environment.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Able to read drawings and use fabrication tools and equipment.
  • Strong math, measurement accuracy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Physically fit for demanding tasks; safety-focused at all times.
  • Works well independently and with a team.

Nice To Haves

  • relevant work experience preferred.
  • Previous manufacturing or shop floor experience is a plus but not required.
