Requirements

Previous serving experience preferred (high-volume environment a plus)
Friendly, energetic, and guest-focused personality
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy setting
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Flexible schedule including weekends, evenings, and holidays
Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol

Responsibilities

Welcome guests with a warm smile and island-style enthusiasm
Guide guests through our food and beverage menu with confidence and recommendations
Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them efficiently
Ensure tables are clean, organized, and beach-ready
Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive service throughout the dining experience
Promote seasonal specials, featured cocktails, and LandShark favorites
Process payments accurately and responsibly
Work collaboratively with bartenders, hosts, food runners, and kitchen team members
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at all times
