About The Position

At LandShark Bar & Grill, we bring the beach to every guest—no sunscreen required. Inspired by the laid-back vibe of Margaritaville and the music of Jimmy Buffett, our bartenders are more than mixologists—they’re island ambassadors.

As a Seasonal Bartender, you’ll craft refreshing cocktails, serve up ice-cold LandShark, and create unforgettable experiences for guests looking to escape to paradise—even if just for a few hours.

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience preferred (high-volume environment a plus)
• Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, and wine service
• Strong communication and guest service skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy setting
• Positive, outgoing personality with a team-first attitude
• Availability to work flexible seasonal hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company recipes and standards
• Create signature island cocktails with speed, accuracy, and flair
• Engage guests with upbeat, friendly conversation and personalized service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
• Monitor guest consumption and ensure responsible alcohol service
• Process transactions accurately using POS systems
• Support fellow team members to keep the vibe smooth and stress-free
