Inspired by the legendary lifestyle of Jimmy Buffett , our team brings sunshine to every shift. We’re looking for a friendly, energetic Host who can set the tone for a fun, beachy dining experience from the moment guests walk through the door. 🌴 Position Overview As a LandShark Host, you are the first and last impression of the restaurant. You’ll welcome guests with a warm smile, manage the seating flow, and keep the tropical good vibes flowing throughout the restaurant. Your personality, organization, and hospitality skills ensure every guest feels like they’ve just stepped into paradise. 🦈
Requirements
- Outgoing, upbeat personality with a passion for hospitality
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Team-player mindset with a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Greet every guest with a warm, enthusiastic welcome
- Manage waitlists and reservations efficiently
- Coordinate table seating to ensure smooth restaurant flow
- Communicate clearly with servers and management regarding guest needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting host stand area
- Provide accurate wait times and keep guests informed
- Thank guests sincerely as they depart and invite them back for more island fun
