About The Position

Do you love the outdoors, take pride in hard work, and thrive when leading others? At MasterScapes, we're not just building landscapes-we're cultivating beauty and growing leaders. We're looking for a Landscape Supervisor who brings passion, grit, and leadership to every project. Our ideal candidate is a seasoned landscaping professional with at least five years of hands-on supervisory landscaping experience and a reputation for an insatiable work ethic. They thrive on driving projects forward, balancing speed with top-notch quality, and take pride in teaching and developing their crew. Known for clear communication and strong organizational skills, they are the kind of leader who will not let their team down. Outside of work, they are happiest outdoors-whether hunting, fishing, hiking, or tending to their own garden. They are motivated by completing meaningful projects, supporting their family, and seeing the team succeed together. They are not afraid of long hours, shifting priorities, or tough challenges, because for them, landscaping is more than a paycheck-it's a craft, a career, and a chance to build something lasting. They seek to grow into larger leadership roles, align their work with values of Honesty, Innovation, Knowledge, Efficiency, and Relationships, and be part of a company that invests in them as much as they invest in others. MasterScapes is the premiere landscaping provider in Abilene. We're financially strong, committed to excellence, and invested in our people.
