About The Position

Harmony Design Group, a premier Landscape Architecture and construction firm, is seeking a seasoned Landscaping Sales Specialist to join our team! About Harmony Design Group: Founded in 2005, Harmony Design Group has a passion for building and designing beautiful landscapes. We work on residential projects in New Jersey and New York. Our projects are fast-paced, high-end projects. Compensation and Benefits for our Landscaping Sales Specialist: We are offering a base plus commission compensation structure with overall total compensation ranging $85,000 to $115,000 depending on experience. We offer company sponsored medical benefits, a 401k with profit sharing, 2 weeks of paid vacation, 1 week of paid sick leave, and 6 paid company holidays.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in landscape design/build sales or a related field, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets, preferably focused on residential sales
  • Strong understanding of landscape design principles, construction processes, and project management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present creative solutions and close deals
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools (experience with Aspire is a plus, but is not required)
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

  • Meet with prospective clients to understand their landscaping vision, assess site conditions, and discuss project goals
  • Develop and execute a sales plan to meet individual and team sales targets, achieving consistent revenue growth
  • Collaborate with design team and present detailed proposals, pricing estimates, and design concepts that align with client expectations and budget
  • Foster strong, lasting relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact from initial consultation through execution of signed contracts
  • Collaborate with the design and build teams to ensure seamless hand-off for project execution, aligning client expectations with project deliverables
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline, tracking leads, follow-ups, and opportunities in the CRM system
  • Ensure a positive client experience by delivering high-quality service and proactively addressing concerns throughout the sales process
  • Participate in community events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate leads and build brand presence in the local market
  • Perform other duties as assigned
