We have an exciting opportunity for a Landscaping Operations Manager to join our team and play a key role in a collaborative, team-oriented environment. Requirements

3-5+ years of experience in landscape installation. Experience in landscape project management or a similar role.
Valid Driver's License (Required)
MN DOT Medical Card (Required)
Strong knowledge of landscape construction, design/build, horticulture, and hardscaping techniques.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Problem solving; ability to handle unexpected challenges such as budget overruns, delays due to weather, or supply chain issues while keeping the project on track.
Attention to detail.
Ensuring quality control and precision in the work done by teams.

Nice To Haves

Degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, Construction Management, or related field preferred or 5 years of related experience.
Certification in Landscape Management or Construction (e.g., CLM, CLT, or similar) preferred.
OSHA Safety Certification or similar preferred
Experience with large scale projects including commercial, municipal, or large residential projects.

Responsibilities

Plan and oversee landscape projects from start to finish (site prep, hardscape, softscape, sod).
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, materials, and resources.
Lead and supervise landscape crews; manage scheduling and daily production.
Coordinate with designers, clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
Order materials, arrange trucking, and manage equipment and site logistics.
Monitor project budgets, labor hours, overtime, and material usage.
Conduct site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with regulations.
Serve as primary client contact, providing updates and resolving issues promptly.
Manage change orders and address on-site challenges proactively.
Other duties as assigned.
