Landscaping Sales Specialist at Lawn and Landscape Solutions
About The Position
At Lawn and Landscape Solutions, we’ve been building landscapes and building people since 2001. Serving Overland Park, Leawood, Mission Hills, and nearby Kansas communities, we specialize in design/build landscaping services and take pride in the work we do together every day. We’re looking for a like-minded individual to join our team as a Landscaping Sales Specialist and help us continue living our vision. We offer a competitive compensation and benefits package including a minimum base salary of $65,000 to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus commission opportunities with potential total earnings of up to $120,000 annually for motivated, seasoned sales professionals! Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in landscape design/build sales or a related field, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Strong understanding of landscape design principles, construction processes, and project management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present creative solutions and close deals
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools (experience with Aspire is a plus, but is not required)
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously

Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective clients to understand their landscaping vision, assess site conditions, and discuss project goals
- Develop and execute a sales plan to meet individual and team sales targets, achieving consistent revenue growth
- Prepare and present detailed proposals, pricing estimates, and design concepts that align with client expectations and budget
- Foster strong, lasting relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact from initial consultation through project completion
- Collaborate with the design and build teams to ensure seamless project execution, aligning client expectations with project deliverables
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline, tracking leads, follow-ups, and opportunities in the CRM system
- Ensure a positive client experience by delivering high-quality service and proactively addressing concerns throughout the sales and project process
- Participate in community events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate leads and build brand presence in the local market
- Perform other duties as assigned
