About The Position

The on-site Landscaping Manager provides independent oversight of landscape and tree/palm care contracts, the palm fertilization program, and mulch operations. This position exclusively handles the management issues concerning and related to the Federation's Lawn and Landscape Maintenance contract, which involves all landscaping for condominium units and homes within the Federation Member Associations. The role ensures vendor compliance, documents performance, and recommends corrective action as needed. Requirements

FNGLA certification or equivalent (or willingness to obtain within 90 days of hire)
High school diploma or GED
Active/Valid Driver’s License is required
Ability to read and interpret contracts

Responsibilities

Conduct daily landscape inspections and note contract variances/quality deficiencies.
Use inspection software (iAuditor or similar) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
Collaborate with vendors and board contacts to resolve landscaping issues and ensure timely service.
Prepare weekly grading scores and maintain records of vendor performance.
Use a work order system for tracking landscaping issues.
Assist Association Points of Contact and Board members with specific landscaping needs.
Meet regularly with Board Members and designated contacts.
Maintain organized, secure files and workflows.
Assist the Federation with the preparation of lawn and landscape RFP’s and contracts.
