About The Position

Maintain routine care and upkeep of assigned properties that involve:

Mowing of grass using Z-turn commercial mowers
Edging of curbs and flower beds
Trim grass with weed eater
Blowing of leaves and brush
Pruning of trees and shrubs
General cleanup
Assist with occasional small enhancement projects
Following job specifications and recording job completion
Interact with customers as needed

Requirements

• Lawn maintenance/ landscaping experience
• Valid Driver’s License
• Must be approved to drive by management and approved under company’s liability insurance.
• Knowledge and skill in operating lawn care equipment
• Ability to direct and train others
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs
• Must have mobile device for communicating with the crew and for using company’s routing and scheduling software. A $50 monthly reimbursement will be allowed.
