Tendit Group is looking for enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our Landscaping Crew. Whether you're a seasoned pro or new to the industry—we'll train you! What You’ll Do: Keep landscapes looking great: mow, edge, trim, weed, plant, and prune Maintain trees, shrubs, flower beds, and irrigation systems Power wash, rake, mulch, and more to make every outdoor space picture-perfect Safely operate tools like mowers, blowers, and trimmers (training provided!) Help with cleanup and general grounds maintenance Follow instructions from crew leaders and work as a team to meet daily goals Bring a positive attitude, show up on time, and represent Tendit with pride What You’ll Need: High school diploma or GED Valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving history Ability to lift, bend, and work on your feet all day Willingness to work outside in all kinds of weather Experience in landscaping or groundskeeping is a plus—but not required!
