Requirements

• Previous landscaping or construction experience required
• Experience with hardscaping or masonry (for construction/mason roles)
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, pruning, edging, and clean-ups
• Install plantings, mulch, sod, and seasonal enhancements
• Assist with hardscape construction including patios, walkways, retaining walls, and stonework
• Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
• Work collaboratively with crew members and follow direction from crew leaders
