About The Position

Maintains the cleanliness of the Casino property and landscape areas

Requirements

• 1 year minimum of landscape/grounds experience.
• Knowledge of small engine maintenance and repair, drip and sprinkler systems, irrigation valve function, irrigation controllers, and irrigation line repair.
• General knowledge/skill in operating all grounds/landscaping equipment.
• Must be 18+ years old and be available for all shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a drug test and background check for an AZ Gaming License.
• Must adhere to all Cliff Castle Casino Hotel policies and procedures.
• Must be committed to providing exceptional guest service through a welcoming, friendly, and professional environment.
• Aim to exceed guest expectations with attentive, personalized service and prompt responses and resolution.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all parking lots free of trash, spills, glass, all debris.
• Maintain outside irrigation systems.
• Maintain, trim, feed, and irrigate all trees, shrubs, and lawns.
• Maintain all sidewalks free of ice, snow and debris.
