Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively.
All new hires must be able to pass our preemployment screening process, which includes a fitness for duty physical, criminal background check, drug test and employment references as required by a licensed residential care facility.
Some of the roles in our community also require that we ask about your vaccination status.

Nice To Haves

Background in grounds keeping preferred.

Responsibilities

Tends to gardens, flowerbeds, and shrubbery.
Plants greenery under supervisor’s orders.
Performs landscape clean-up including sidewalks.
Assists with snow removal during the winter months.
May use mechanical tools, grounds keeping hand tools/line trimmers, and pickup truck.
Other duties as assigned.
