About The Position

We currently have a full time opening for Landscaper I position located in Santa Cruz County. Under supervision of the Maintenance Manager, the position will assist in property landscaping and janitorial of office buildings, program facilities and residential properties located throughout Santa Cruz County. This job includes, but is not limited to, landscaping, janitorial, hauling and basic plumbing. Work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and rotating on-call shifts required. Company work truck and tools provided. Bilingual abilities a plus, good driving record is mandatory.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years related experience in landscaping services.
• Demonstrate ability in landscaping, repairs and power tool knowledge.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean DMV report.
• Exhibit an ability to operate effectively in a culturally diverse workplace.
• Must be able to pass criminal background check.
• Proof of citizenship or right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscaping, grounds keeping and janitorial on a regular basis.
• Aid in small exterior repairs
• Perform hauling and basic plumbing.
• Perform equipment maintenance.
• Perform unit turnovers, move-ins, move-outs and inspections.
• Other duties/tasks as assigned.
