About The Position

Cherokee Town & Country Club is seeking to hire a full-time Landscaper to help maintain the grounds at both our properties, Sandy Springs and Buckhead locations. If this sounds like the right fit for you, apply today! A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A LANDSCAPER As a Landscaper, you enjoy being outside and a part of a team. We maintain landscaping at two clubhouses and two golf courses and we depend on you to help keep them beautiful. During your day you are asked to prune shrubs, apply mulch and groundcover, backpack blow, pull weeds, and apply pesticides. During the summer months, you water plants and flowers, mow the lawns at the clubhouse and help with other tasks as assigned by your supervisor. While you complete your work, you safely drive utility vehicles and golf carts. You love being part of a dedicated, hardworking maintenance team. The pride that you take in your work ensures that the beauty of the grounds represents our good reputation. QUALIFICATIONS Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand / walk for long periods of time Hard working / good attitude Basic knowledge of plants as it relates to landscaping Experience with power equipment (mowing equipment, power tools, pruning tools, etc.) as it relates to landscape maintenance is a plus!
