About The Position

WeatherTech Direct, LLC is seeking well-qualified Landscape Laborer to perform a variety of landscape and snow removal tasks. This is a great opportunity to join the WeatherTech Direct team! As a Landscape Laborer you will Operate mowing equipment and a variety of hand and power tools for landscape projects Operate a plow truck and/or snow removal equipment Prepare and maintain a clean work site by removing waste materials, rubble, and debris Occasionally climb ladders or use boom/scissor lifts to reach high areas Ensure that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed Regularly work near moving mechanical parts and in outside conditions that include inclement weather, heat and humidity, with exposure to dust, pollen, and asphalt and concrete Work a varied schedule consisting of day, evening, night, weekend, and holiday hours Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 1+ years of landscape experience
• Experience operating industrial lawn mowers and snow removal equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 21 years of age with valid drivers license
• Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Have the ability to stand for a long duration of time and work at a fast pace
• Flexibility to work weekends and overtime, as required
• Authorized to work in the United States

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of outside irrigation systems preferred but not required
