About The Position
Marquette is seeking a dedicated Landscape Technician to join our team! This role is responsible for maintaining the beauty and safety of our community grounds through landscaping and general outdoor maintenance tasks.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Experience with general landscaping and grounds maintenance
- Basic mechanical skills for equipment upkeep
- Ability to operate hand tools and commercial lawn equipment
- Strong work ethic, professionalism, and customer service skills
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work both independently and with a team
Responsibilities
- Perform snow removal and seasonal clean-up
- Plant, prune, weed, and maintain garden areas
- Remove debris and trash from grounds
- Pressure wash walkways and outdoor areas
- Operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment
- Mow lawns and assist with general upkeep
