About The Position

Charleston Grounds Management is seeking a dependable and experienced Landscape Maintenance Foreman/Driver to join our commercial maintenance team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in a job well done, and has experience in landscape maintenance.

You will be responsible for operating with a 2–3 person crew, performing scheduled maintenance tasks on commercial properties safely, efficiently, and with a focus on quality.

Requirements

• Experience running or working on a landscape maintenance crew (2–3 people)
• Valid, insurable driver’s license (Required)
• Ability to work in hot, humid, and outdoor conditions
• Physically able to perform hands-on landscape tasks daily
• Reliable, professional, and ready to work as part of a team

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

• Complete mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, and blowing at commercial properties
• Operate and maintain commercial lawn equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
• Ensure job sites are clean, safe, and professional in appearance
• Transport crew and equipment to job sites safely in a company vehicle
• Follow work orders and communicate with your supervisor as needed
• Work effectively outdoors in all weather conditions
