About The Position

Pacific Facility Solutions of Bellingham, WA is looking to hire a full-time Landscape Maintenance Crew Member to join our amazing commercial team and assist our customers with grounds maintenance, irrigation maintenance and repair, and equipment maintenance. We are searching for both Crew Leads and Crew Members to help grow our commercial facility maintenance company! A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE CREW MEMBER In this essential Landscape Maintenance Crew Member position, you arrive each day ready to provide exceptional service for our commercial customers as you maintain their landscaped areas and overall property cleanliness. Much of your day is spent mowing, weed eating, edging, pruning, weeding, and raking as you safely and effectively operate equipment including mowers, trimmers, and other gas-powered equipment. You are detail-oriented and work hard to ensure our customers' commercial properties are looking clean and tidy! You clean up and trim trees, shrubs, and flowers and also hand water plants when needed. When repairs and adjustments are to be completed, you are thorough when working with equipment and adjusting and repairing sprinkler systems. Being self-motivated and committed to a "job-well-done", you take on any assignments from the Foreperson, Manager, Director of Property Operations, and/or the General Manager. You understand that your job is about so much more than curb appeal! You take great pride in knowing that your role can result in the overall success of our commercial customers, and you make that your mission as you approach every job with thoroughness and detail.

  • Current WA state pesticide license in a PLUS!
