YOUR ROLE: As our Landscape Maintenance Crew Member, you'll meet with your crew to review the plan before heading out to maintain and improve landscapes. You'll operate professional-grade equipment to cut grass, pull weeds, and complete seasonal clean-ups, working safely and efficiently with your team. Throughout the day, you'll transform properties, knowing your hands-on skills help keep every landscape healthy, polished, and looking its best. Requirements

Landscaping or grounds maintenance experience
Knowledge of landscaping techniques and equipment
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
Strong communication skills, teamwork abilities, and attention to detail
Ability to follow directions and complete tasks independently
