About The Position

As a Landscape Foreman, you are the heartbeat of our field operations. You won’t just be supervising; you’ll be the Lawn Care Lead who ensures our clients’ properties look pristine.
Lead a team of 3-5 members in daily mowing, pruning, and plant care.
Manage equipment maintenance and ensure safety compliance on every job site.
Monitor irrigation systems and plant health to catch issues before they grow.
Be the face of The Budd Group for our clients, ensuring high-quality results.
Step up during the winter for occasional snow and ice removal duties.

Requirements

• 2+ years in landscape maintenance and 1+ year in a leadership role.
• Must hold a valid SC driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• A proactive problem-solver who takes pride in a job well done.
• Ability to read and understand instructions in English (Bilingual in Spanish is a plus!).
