About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader to lead a crew responsible for commercial properties in the Atlanta area. The ideal candidate will display the ability to lead a crew, a solid understanding of landscaping maintenance, and the ability to coordinate and work with other teams as needed. This role requires hands-on work, direct crew supervision, and delivering a top quality service to the customer.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5 years of landscaping experience, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Knowledge of commercial landscaping maintenance
• Strong leadership and communication
• Ability to operate and maintain landscaping equipment and tools
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record
• Ability to lift heavy materials, work outdoors in varying weather conditions, and perform physical labor

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the landscaping crew, ensuring efficiency and quality workmanship
• Ability to supervise and maintain mowing, trimming, blowing, and spraying of various properties
• Supervise and work with crew members to maintain safety and quality standards
• Mentor younger crew
• Communicate with management to schedule project timelines effectively
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations
• Monitor and maintain equipment, tools, and vehicles to ensure they are in proper working condition
