About The Position

Greenlife Gardens is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Crew Member to support maintenance crews in delivering high-quality recurring service work safely, efficiently, and to Greenlife Gardens’ standards. This is a hands-on position focused on performing landscape maintenance tasks, following direction from the Foreman and Assistant Foreman, and contributing to a professional and productive jobsite.

Requirements

Previous landscape maintenance or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical labor
Dependable attendance and punctuality
Valid driver’s license preferred
Must be able to clearly communicate in English

Nice To Haves

Experience with commercial or residential maintenance routes
Experience using hand tools and landscape equipment
Interest in developing skills and advancing within the company

Responsibilities

Perform landscape maintenance services including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, mulching, weeding, seasonal cleanups, planting, and plant replacements
Follow daily work plans and direction provided by the Maintenance Foreman and Assistant Foreman
Assist with jobsite setup, cleanup, and material handling
Maintain quality standards and proper maintenance techniques
Work efficiently to help routes stay on schedule and within budgeted labor hours
Communicate jobsite issues or property concerns to the Foreman or Assistant Foreman
Operate tools and equipment safely and properly
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized jobsite
Care for company tools, vehicles, and equipment
Support other crew members as needed to complete daily service objectives
