Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Flexibility to work additional hours during peak seasons or when necessary.
  • Strong knowledge and proficiency in hardscapes, including paver patios, retaining walls, and outdoor living spaces.
  • Proven experience in landscaping, with a focus on supervision and coordination.
  • Strong knowledge of landscape techniques, plant materials, and horticultural practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to ensure high-quality workmanship.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and ability to enforce them consistently.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • 2+ years of experience in general landscaping, hardscapes, finish & rough grading, and snow removal required.
  • Valid Driver's License

Nice To Haves

  • Experience operating excavators and skid loaders is highly desirable.
  • 5 years preferred

Responsibilities

  • Supervises the daily activities of a team of landscapers, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure that it meets quality standards and specifications.
  • Provide guidance and training to landscapers on proper techniques, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
  • Monitor and enforce safety regulations to minimize the risk of accidents or injuries.
  • Assist in the training of new employees, ensuring they are familiar with landscape techniques and safety procedures.
  • Snow removal from various surfaces using appropriate techniques and equipment, ensuring safe and accessible conditions during winter weather.
  • Operate excavators and skid loaders as needed to support the team and project requirements.
