Requirements

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Flexibility to work additional hours during peak seasons or when necessary.
Strong knowledge and proficiency in hardscapes, including paver patios, retaining walls, and outdoor living spaces.
Proven experience in landscaping, with a focus on supervision and coordination.
Strong knowledge of landscape techniques, plant materials, and horticultural practices.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate a team.
Attention to detail and ability to ensure high-quality workmanship.
Familiarity with safety protocols and ability to enforce them consistently.
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
2+ years of experience in general landscaping, hardscapes, finish & rough grading, and snow removal required.
Valid Driver's License

Nice To Haves

Experience operating excavators and skid loaders is highly desirable.
5 years preferred

Responsibilities

Supervises the daily activities of a team of landscapers, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to project timelines.
Inspect completed work to ensure that it meets quality standards and specifications.
Provide guidance and training to landscapers on proper techniques, safety protocols, and equipment operation.
Monitor and enforce safety regulations to minimize the risk of accidents or injuries.
Assist in the training of new employees, ensuring they are familiar with landscape techniques and safety procedures.
Snow removal from various surfaces using appropriate techniques and equipment, ensuring safe and accessible conditions during winter weather.
Operate excavators and skid loaders as needed to support the team and project requirements.
