Landscape Foreman- Enhancements

We have an opportunity for a Landscape Foreman/Enhancements to join our team in our Bradenton, FL location. This role is Full-Time and expected to work (10-hour days Monday-Thursday).
Requirements
- Knowledge of landscaping and irrigation systems
- Knowledge of common landscape problems and deficiencies
- Ability to work with hand and power tools
- Able to operate heavy equipment related to enhancement jobs, like skid steer, sod cutter, and tree lift
- Ability to drive a truck and trailer
- Ability to lift and carry heavy loads
- Ability to work outdoors in various conditions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in landscape maintenance, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Ability to prioritize and provide excellent client service.
- Valid driver’s license required of at least 3 years with a clean driving record.
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with Aspire software a plus!
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is strongly desired.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate : Organize job sites, schedule work, and assign tasks to crew members
- Supervise : Ensure that projects are completed on time and meet customer expectations
- Train : Teach crew members about landscaping techniques and safety
- Maintain : Ensure that landscaping projects are of high quality
- Ensure safety : Follow safety and security protocols and ensure a safe work environment
- Troubleshoot : Identify and fix problems with grounds maintenance
- Manage equipment : Ensure that the right tools and equipment are available
- Manage budget : Organize and track budget data
- Perform hands-on work : Plant, mow, prune, weed, and perform other landscaping tasks
