We have a great opportunity for an experienced Landscape Estimator to join our team! Our Landscape Estimator comes with a robust compensation and benefits package, including an annual salary between $60,000–$90,000, commensurate with experience, and opportunity for growth. We also offer health benefits after 90 days, a 401(k) with a 4% employer match, paid time off, and vacation time.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in estimating landscape installation, landscape construction, or landscape irrigation projects
• Experience providing customer service to landscape, irrigation, or construction customers
• Proficiency with computer software programs, including MS Office Suite, and comfort with learning new technology
• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Science, or Construction Management (preferred but not required)
• Proficiency in On-Screen Take-Off and ProCore (preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

• Gathering, calculating, and compiling take-off data for use in bid proposal estimates
• Preparing estimates
• Maintaining current and accurate information on prices from suppliers and subcontractors
• Utilizing standard estimate computer software to present information to management
• Following the sales process through estimation to completion, conducting follow-ups with clients as needed
• Other duties as assigned
