We are seeking an A-Player to join our vibrant local business, which is part of a progressive horticultural organization with national reach. As an Landscape Estimator, you’ll: Plan, prepare and develop project estimates Manage client communications, service issue resolution, project management Create blueprints and portfolios for customers Organize, facilitate and lead to solve customer problems or concerns Create scopes of work for landscape installation teams Negotiate contracts and enhancements Earn new work through referrals from the existing customer base Responsible for maximizing work opportunities and achieving sales that meet goals

Requirements

  • Proven landscape estimating experience (3+ years)
  • Great communication skills both verbally and in writing
  • Posses strong mathematical and grammatical skills
  • Demonstrates ability to lead and follow instructions
  • Advanced computer skills and database knowledge
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required
  • Capable of passing a pre-employment drug screening and background check

Responsibilities

  • Plan, prepare and develop project estimates
  • Manage client communications, service issue resolution, project management
  • Create blueprints and portfolios for customers
  • Organize, facilitate and lead to solve customer problems or concerns
  • Create scopes of work for landscape installation teams
