We are seeking an Enhancements Crew Leader to oversee and coordinate landscaping enhancement projects. The Crew Leader will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring work is completed efficiently, and maintaining a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience in landscaping or a related field.
- Previous experience in a leadership role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interpret project plans and specifications.
- Knowledge of various plants, trees, and landscaping techniques.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of landscapers to execute enhancement projects according to specifications.
- Coordinate with clients as needed to understand project requirements and provide recommendations.
- Ensure all work is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality standards.
- Train and mentor team members to improve their skills and efficiency.
- Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition.
- Implement safety practices and procedures on job sites.
