We are seeking high-energy, dedicated leaders to join our team in Kenosha, WI. As a Crew Leader, you are the backbone of our field operations. Whether you are maintaining a pristine estate or building a new outdoor space, you will lead, mentor, and work alongside a team of 3–4 members to deliver "gold standard" results safely and efficiently. 1. Maintenance Crew Leader – Focusing on horticultural precision and long-term site care. 2. Enhancements Crew Leader – Focusing on landscape construction and site transformations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of landscape experience and 3 years in a team leadership role.
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Must possess (or be able to obtain) a DOT Medical Card.
  • Ability to think strategically on-site and solve problems in the field.

Nice To Haves

  • CDL Class A/B/C (good to have)

Responsibilities

  • Maintenance Crew Leader: Oversee hand/shear pruning, weeding, and specialized plant health care.
  • Direct expert mowing operations (21” & 36” equipment), edging, and watering.
  • Ensure the property remains in peak condition through consistent, high-detail care.
  • Enhancements Crew Leader: Lead bed prep, complex plantings, mulching, and lawn installs (seed/sod).
  • Oversee demolition, excavation, and installation of cobblestone, bluestone, and pavers.
  • Proficiency with (or ability to lead) skid steer, mini-excavator, and mini-skid operations.
  • Coordinate daily tasks, manage crew motivation, and provide on-the-job training.
  • Ensure all work is completed within budgeted hours and according to site plans.
  • Act as the primary on-site contact for clients and provide daily status updates to the PC/Branch Manager.
  • Manage digital timesheets (Aspire/Workday), vehicle inspections, and material receipts.
  • Enforce all company safety standards and conduct weekly safety briefings.
  • Leaders could support our snow removal operations and holiday retail initiatives during the off-season.
