About The Position
At Russell Landscape, we don’t just build landscapes—we build long-term partnerships rooted in trust, quality, and results. As we grow across the Southeast, we’re seeking a skilled and driven Enhancement Manager to lead commercial landscape installations from start to finish.
Requirements
- 5+ years in commercial landscape installations, with leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of planting, hardscape, irrigation, and other landscape installation methods
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean MVR
Nice To Haves
- OSHA certification and bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
Responsibilities
- Lead installation projects for commercial landscapes, ensuring quality and timeliness
- Supervise in-house crews and coordinate subcontractors for planting, hardscape, irrigation, and other enhancement work
- Read and follow installation plans and specifications
- Monitor project progress, manage materials, and adjust schedules as needed
- Serve as main point of contact with clients, vendors, and project stakeholders
- Maintain safety, professionalism, and quality on every jobsite
