Requirements
- Strong work ethic and attendance.
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50lbs.
- Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test.
- Able to work in all inclement weather conditions.
- Team player that works well with other crew members.
- Eagerness and motivation to hit target goals for projects.
- Physical stamina as this role requires walking, standing, kneeling, bending, and lifting.
Responsibilities
- Experience in commercial soft and hardscape landscaping projects is required for this position.
- Execute and follow softscape designs and install turf, shrubs, flowers, small trees, and other softscape materials.
- Execute and follow install design for hardscape projects that may include retaining walls, patio paver design, soil grading, and other hardscape projects.
- Safely and efficiently operate skid steers, dingo, and other related equipment.
- Ability to safely pull landscape trailer and heavy equipment(based on MVR report and insurance approval) approved driver = more pay.
- Perform miscellaneous landscape enhancement duties and projects.
