About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Landscape Crew Member to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This position involves hands-on landscape installation and maintenance work, requiring physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of landscaping experience required
Must have a NC or SC driver's license with a good driving record
Ability to lift 35 lbs. repetitively throughout the workday
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Team-oriented with good communication skills

Responsibilities

Perform landscape installation projects, including planting, grading, and material placement
Install and repair irrigation systems
Install and maintain landscape lighting systems
Install pavers and construct retaining walls
Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment safely
Follow directions from the supervisor and complete additional duties as assigned
