About The Position
Lead Our Landscape Enhancement Team in Charlotte! Are you a hands-on leader passionate about creating exceptional outdoor spaces? We're seeking an experienced Landscape Enhancement Crew Leader to manage projects and crews. If you excel in plant/sod installation, machine operation, and team leadership, we want you! Your Key Impacts: Oversee landscape enhancement projects from start to finish, including plant, sod, and mulch installation. Safely operate machinery (skid steers, mini-excavators, trenchers). Ensure top-quality workmanship, site cleanliness, and adherence to project timelines/budgets. Lead, train, and motivate your crew, fostering strong communication with the team, clients, and managers. Assist with hardscape installations (pavers, retaining walls) when needed.
Requirements
- 3+ years in landscape installation (plant/sod expertise essential).
- Proven proficiency with landscape machinery.
- Previous leadership experience in landscaping or construction.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
