This role supports the landscape architecture and planning teams by contributing to the design and documentation of land development projects while developing technical skills through completion of positional Learning & Growth goals. Responsibilities include collaborating with colleagues, taking ownership of assigned tasks, and seeking to understand the broader context and objectives of each task, all while producing creative, high-quality work. In this role, you will be: Providing support to team members and Project Manager(s) as required. Assisting in the preparation of landscape architectural concept plans, planting plans, construction documents, specifications, and presentation materials for subdivisions, commercial developments, multifamily developments, and other private land development projects. Assisting in the designs of schematic and conceptual land plans, site planning and yield studies; and in developing and writing site specific land use regulations, zoning variances, and design guidelines for land development entitlement documents Performing material and code research, material quantity estimation, and other supporting documentation and tasks for projects. Utilizing AutoCAD (CIVIL3D), Land F/X, Adobe Creative Suite (with emphasis in Photoshop and InDesign), SketchUp, Lumion, and other software to assist with designs and drawings for schematic, design development, and construction documents.
