Landscape Designer I

Perkins&WillSan Francisco, CA
$68,500 - $176,100

About The Position

You'll work across the full design process: developing sketches and renderings, building out construction documents, running computational models, and contributing to presentations that actually win hearts in the room. You'll be involved in design reviews, charrettes, and pin-ups early on. You'll coordinate with consultants, ask hard questions, and push ideas forward alongside people who take the craft seriously. This isn't a "sit in the corner and draft" role. We want you curious, vocal, and invested in the work. Perkins&Will is a global firm with over 2,800 people doing serious work in architecture, interiors, urban design, and landscape. Our San Francisco studio is a tight, collaborative team where you'll get real exposure to complex projects and real mentorship — not just tasks handed down a chain. Apply if you believe the built environment can — and should — do better. Want to make your application memorable? Show us how you think — a portfolio, a sketch, a site analysis you're proud of. We're looking for perspective, not just credentials. Include all materials as a .pdf under 4MB.
